For the first time I’ve met the bride and the groom during their Engagement Photography session (here is the post about it). We had an amazing interaction during that session and I was very eager to ensure the Wedding Photography session will be even better!
Jeanette, the bride, told me in advance that the wedding party and the engagement session will both be in Gatsby style. While this is a stylish choice for an engagement session, this style truly hits a home run during the wedding party. This is the first time I have worked at this particular venue and I must give a big credit to Jeanette’s taste in decor and the amount of work she has invested in order to make this venue rock!
A thing that really caught our eye is the floating wedding cake. Normally you’d find the cake sitting on a table somewhere. Therefore this cake felt really special! The bride arrived with her dad on a vintage Rolls Royce. Her dad helped her out of the car, which was a beautiful, touching moment!
After the ceremony the family portraits photos were taken. Afterwards we proceeded with the portraits of the bride and the groom. We had a 10-15 minute time constraint, since the introduction of the bride and groom was about to start, followed by the grooms first dance and dances with parents.
As soon as the tasty dinner came to an end, the funniest wedding part was about to start – the dances!
I truly enjoyed working with this beautiful couple! Our best wishes to them! Love you, guys!
